Effective November 6, 2026
This policy explains how 911 Tech Resources LLC, doing business as 911 Tech Solutions and Book911Tech ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit 911techsolutions.com, book through book911tech.com, or contact us.
Information we collect
- Contact and booking details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, preferred appointment time and a description of the problem.
- Job records, such as notes about the work performed, time on site, invoices and payment status.
- Technical information our hosting providers record automatically in server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
This website has no contact forms or user accounts, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies on it.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, review and schedule your request, perform the work, send confirmations and invoices, collect payment, keep business and tax records, and keep our systems secure. We do not use it for advertising.
Payments
Booking fees and invoices are paid through Square. Card details are entered on Square's secure pages and processed under Square's privacy notice. We never see or store your full card number.
During a visit
To fix or set up your equipment, we may need access to devices, apps, accounts or network settings. We use that access only for the work you've asked for. We don't copy your personal files, and we don't keep your passwords after the visit unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email, calendar, payment and accounting providers, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or safety.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and job records for as long as needed to provide service and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations, generally up to seven years, and then delete them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been misused.
Your California privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to know what personal information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, email support@911techsolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
