911 Tech Solutions helps people get the technology in their homes working the way it should, from Wi-Fi and media systems to smart-home controls, shades, cameras and computers.
In-person help, without the guesswork.
Home technology overlaps: a camera problem might really be a Wi-Fi problem, and a media system might depend on three different apps. We come to your home, look at how everything fits together and fix the actual cause.
We work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific, across San Diego and surrounding areas. We are closed weekends and major holidays.
Bookings run through Book911Tech, our scheduling app, so you can request a time that suits you.

No surprises on price, and no extra work without asking first.
Known cost up front
The initial on-site visit is $250 for 60 minutes, and it's confirmed only after we accept your request.
Your approval for extra time
If a job needs longer, additional labor is billed in 30-minute increments and only after you say yes.
Fee credited toward the job
The booking fee covers the first hour of labor and is credited toward the total on longer jobs.
